I started with a panel interview on Microsoft Teams. The whole thing felt structured and straightforward: we went through behavioral questions and scenario-style prompts, then I had a brief case discussion. After that, there was a Q&A where I could ask things back, and the interviewers clearly walked me through what would happen next and what the timeline looked like for the hiring process.
Overall it didn’t feel especially stressful. The panel kept the pace going and the atmosphere was professional enough that it felt like they were genuinely trying to understand how I’d handle work situations. By the end, I had a much clearer picture of the steps ahead than I expected, and it left me feeling like I understood where I stood—even though I didn’t end up getting an offer.

Average Negative Burnaby, BC
My process felt unusually quiet and a bit frustrating. I went into what was described as a fairly standard set of questions—roughly twenty—and the topics ended up being very generic and not closely tied to the role. The delivery surprised me more than the content: there were long, awkward silences while the interviewers typed my responses.
What made it feel even stranger was that the conversation never really evolved. I wasn’t pulled for follow-ups or clarifications, and there wasn’t much back-and-forth to help me understand what they were focusing on. It was hard to gauge how they were evaluating me, because the interaction stayed at that flat, scripted level.
