My process felt pretty straightforward and focused on problem solving. I went through two rounds: first, a system-design style discussion where I had to think through how to ingest a huge amount of data from a file share. The second round was more tied to my background—I talked through a big problem I had solved before, walking through how I approached it and what I did to make it work.
Overall, it landed as a good experience. The questions felt aligned with the kind of work I’d do, and I didn’t get the sense that the conversation was trying to trip me up. Even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, it felt like the process itself was well run and I left with a positive impression.

Easy Negative Belfast, Northern Ireland
After I first spoke with HR, the process moved in a clear sequence. I started with a recruiter-style conversation where they walked me through the business and the area of work. Then I met the hiring manager and went through typical behavioral questions.
What stood out most was how the later stage looked hands-on rather than purely conversational. I ended up doing an online walkthrough that covered my school and previous experience, where I talked through a project from my resume. The next day I went in-person to extend that project with an assignment based on the requirements, and I explained what I implemented and why.
