Average Positive Brussels

After applying, the HR contacted me pretty quickly and arranged an in-person interview. The interview itself was hosted by a team lead who came across as welcoming, and the whole process felt smooth and well-run. The technical part focused on questions that were direct and to the point—more “prove you can do the work” than trick questions.

Overall it left me with a positive impression, and I remember feeling like the format matched the role without a lot of unnecessary steps. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience was still reassuring because the process didn’t drag and the interviewer made it easy to follow along.

Average Neutral Belgium

My experience started normally after the initial contact, but the process turned into a long, frustrating stretch with very little follow-through. I spent a lot of time waiting, and when updates finally came, it was only after significant delay.

The tricky part wasn’t the technical difficulty—it was that there didn’t seem to be proper coordination or follow-up happening while people were moving on. Eventually I didn’t receive an offer, and the overall feel was that the process wasn’t handled as professionally as I expected.
