Later, I tried another route that also began with an online “assessment,” but it felt messy and inefficient. The system seemed to ask me to run a practice-style online test twice, and even when I passed, I was rejected with the explanation that I didn’t have modelling experience. What bothered me was that I’d already shared modelling work backed by Python, SQL, and Power BI, so the decision felt disconnected from what I submitted.
