My process was very hard overall, and it ended without an offer. I kept going through the interviews expecting it to ease up, but the difficulty stayed high the whole way.
What I remember most was the pressure and how taxing the experience felt rather than any one specific question. By the time the process concluded, it didn’t feel like I had been able to bridge the gap they were looking for.

Average Neutral United Kingdom
I started with two online assessments. One was behavioural and the other was numerical, and the numerical part felt like it gave me very little time, so I couldn’t complete it as intended. I ended up getting stopped right there.
Later, I tried another route that also began with an online “assessment,” but it felt messy and inefficient. The system seemed to ask me to run a practice-style online test twice, and even when I passed, I was rejected with the explanation that I didn’t have modelling experience. What bothered me was that I’d already shared modelling work backed by Python, SQL, and Power BI, so the decision felt disconnected from what I submitted.
