After the initial recruiter-style contact, my interviews felt surprisingly friendly and role-focused. One interviewer started with my background, then walked me through what the position actually involved, and I didn’t get any “gotcha” questions. The whole conversation had a warm, curious tone, like they genuinely wanted to understand whether I would enjoy the work.
Later, the flow moved into a more typical superday rhythm: I was given times and had to make the schedule work, with multiple back-to-back conversations after HireVue. The experience leaned on behavioral fit and general market awareness, and I remember thinking preparation mattered, especially around bonds/math and being able to connect my story to current topics people were discussing.

My process kicked off with a recorded HireVue. I had four prompts to answer, each with a short prep window and then a couple of minutes to speak. Between each question there was a small break so I could reset and keep my head clear.
Once the video stage was done, the questions stayed fairly consistent with what the platform was setting up for me: tell my story and why the position, plus some general behavioral prompts. Retakes were allowed, and I remember using that flexibility to tighten my answers and get them under the time limits.
