I went through a very structured two-hour conversation that felt more like an evaluation than a typical back-and-forth interview. The first hour was a take-home style assessment focused on a credit report: it was a 6-page packet that I had to work through. The next hour turned into a guided discussion where the focus shifted to the assessment itself, and then I was asked a handful of questions tied to my CV.
The credit report material made the process feel specific and technical, but once I had something tangible to reference, the discussion portion was easier to engage with. Overall it felt carefully calibrated and fairly standardized, and even though I didn’t end up getting an offer, I left feeling like they were looking for accuracy and clarity as much as “right answers.”

I started with a HireVue, and then I moved into a superday consisting of two 30-minute interviews. The first part of the day was all behavioral, and then the second interview included one technical question while the rest stayed behavioral.
Because it wasn’t heavy on technical depth, the day felt more about how clearly I could connect my experience to the role and keep my story consistent across two separate conversations. I also remember thinking I needed to be ready with follow-up questions, since the last part of the process left space for me to ask about the team and what success looks like.
