Easy Positive United Kingdom

I went through a Hirevue screening that focused heavily on behavioral-style questions. The setup felt strict in a practical way: I had only one chance to record each response, and the time limit was tight—about ninety seconds per question. What helped me get through it was knowing my own stories and the lessons I’d learned, because I couldn’t afford to ramble.

The interview itself was essentially built around how I presented myself and how I communicated my experience under time pressure. It didn’t feel like a knowledge quiz, more like a test of composure and clarity.

Difficult Positive Ciudad de Mexico

The first hurdle for me was an exam. It was something I could take at home with a couple of hours to solve it, or take in the office, and then it fed directly into multiple interview rounds.

After the exam, I had three separate interview stages. The early rounds involved analysts and associates, and then the conversation progressed to VPs and directors. The final round was reserved for the top candidates, and only then did I meet the MDs.
