After a recruiter call, the process moved quickly and felt pretty organized even though I didn’t end up with an offer. I had a mixed interview with the manager that combined behavioral and technical content and was described as non-coding, and then I reached the final round. Overall the schedule moved fast enough that I appreciated the momentum, and my recruiter stayed in touch throughout the weeks.
Before that, I’d already been through early stages that leaned on structured assessments and clear round-based checkpoints. There was a technical first round that included a coding LeetCode-style problem, plus SQL, and then a system-design component. One of the technical touches that stood out was how they brought up technology that wasn’t widely used, and it made the questions feel more tailored than generic.

The interviews themselves felt like some of the best parts of my search. The coding rounds I did were on HackerRank and were completed without someone hovering awkwardly over my shoulder, and the questions leaned toward frontend-relevant work rather than generic puzzles. Even better, once I’d gotten through a handful of interviews that seemed to go well, the process actually felt like it was headed somewhere.
My problem was what happened after those good interactions. After several stages where everything had felt positive, I was ghosted and never received updates or feedback when I followed up. The same pattern showed up as the process moved through multiple steps—resume review, phone or video screening for technical and behavioral skills, then panel-style conversations—but the end of the journey didn’t come with any closure.
