Easy Negative New Delhi

After I cleared two technical rounds, everything felt like it was going smoothly. I even received communication that I’d been selected and that an offer would be rolled out.

But right after that, the tone completely changed. No matter how often I followed up, I was told there were “no projects available” at the moment. It was confusing because I’d already been led to believe I’d passed and was in the pipeline for an offer. The lack of clarity and the back-and-forth wasted my time and left me with false expectations. Honestly, what frustrated me most was going through multiple steps with verbal confirmation, only to be stopped later due to project availability.

Average Positive Los Angeles, CA

My experience started normally, then quickly turned into a frustrating waiting game. After one technical interview, I felt like I’d done what they asked for, but the process just went silent. I kept checking in and never got a clear next step—just the sense that I’d been dropped.

At another point, I joined a Zoom interview and waited for the recruiter at the confirmed time, only to have them not show up. I told the recruitment team what happened, and even then there wasn’t an explanation or any prior warning. It made the whole process feel careless and unorganized.

Technical Assessment Focus

Candidates experienced a strong emphasis on technical assessments, often feeling that the questions were exam-like and focused on memorization rather than practical application, which could lead to a disconnect from real-world engineering tasks.
