A lot of my early and mid process leaned into structured video-style interviewing and situational prompts rather than deep coding. I had a recorded interview where the questions were timed and required quick preparation and response, sometimes with multiple opportunities to rerecord. The focus was on communication and motivation and situational judgment, and the instructions were clear enough that it felt like I knew what the platform wanted.
When I moved past the purely recorded stage, the conversations stayed pretty accessible. I was asked general “tell me about yourself” and why I wanted the role, then shifted into a handful of competency questions and experience-based prompts. In one flow, the difficulty honestly didn’t feel technical at all—more about how I reported on time, followed direction, and explained how I handled situations and different people. Another part felt similar, with short video questions mixed with “tell me about a time” style prompts, followed by a phone call that stayed smooth.

Average Neutral United Kingdom
I went through a mostly online, on-demand recorded interview process. I answered a set number of video questions, and the system let me re-attempt responses multiple times for each prompt. After I submitted everything, there was a long, quiet wait before I heard anything back.
What stood out was how little human interaction there was. Even after I waited, I didn’t get much clarity—no meaningful feedback about how I did, and I only found out the final result much later. I also experienced a similar recorded-video setup that covered motivation for the company and role, plus behavioural prompts, and again there was no follow-up with an outcome. Overall it just felt a bit impersonal, and I didn’t get an offer.
