What surprised me was how challenging the last two rounds were. They weren’t just about recall—they dug into depth and complexity and pushed me to produce well thought-out analysis, not quick answers. The interviewers were generally friendly and professional, and the case study pressure came with a surprisingly heavy expectation to demonstrate reasoning.
