My interview flow was straightforward and felt pretty organized from the start. I had a quick HR conversation first, then I went into a technical task. After that came a technical interview, and the final step was a team fitting interview.

The overall difficulty felt manageable, but the process still challenged me enough that I had to stay alert, especially during the technical task and the technical discussion. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience stayed clear and structured rather than chaotic.

After I applied, I heard back from a recruiter about a month later. The first scheduling attempt fell apart when the interviewer didn’t show up, and then I had to chase things again. Eventually I was told the issue was caused by the ATS scheduling system not behaving correctly.

Once it finally moved, I received a large home assignment that felt disconnected from the position and even from the expected compensation. I didn’t get the sense that the task matched what they were actually hiring for, which made the whole experience feel messy and misaligned.
