My first step was a smooth recruiter-style chat where I walked through my background and past experience. It felt organized and calm, like they were just trying to confirm the fit quickly. Right after, they sent an assessment email, but the link never appeared because of a server issue on their side, so I ended up waiting while everything stalled out.

Later, the overall structure I experienced for another part of the process followed a similar fast-moving pattern: after the initial online step (including an automated message with a link to an online test), there were multiple interview sessions—HR screening, then time with a team manager, and finally a department head. The timeline was compact overall, with results coming back quickly once the steps ran. The part that stuck with me most was that the assessment link problem added unnecessary downtime even though the rest of the journey felt efficient.

My first step was test-related and then interviews followed fairly soon after. I took an aptitude test online from home, then later went through HR rounds and additional interview steps, including a telephonic stage. They told me they’d get back to me in a few days, but the follow-up never came, and I ended up waiting while not hearing anything back even after reaching out.

A similar theme showed up in another attempt: the initial phone interview happened after HR reached out, covering basic experience and resume questions plus a couple behavioral prompts. After that, I followed up again since the process seemed to stall, and eventually I got the reply that I wasn’t offered the position. What stayed with me most across these experiences was the long gap between “we’ll be in touch” and any real closure, which made the process feel uncertain more than difficult technically.
