Average Positive Gurgaon, Haryana

My first step was very smooth—someone walked me through my background and past experience and kept things moving. It felt like a genuine conversation about my CV rather than a scripted interrogation.

After that, I received an email about an assessment, but the link never arrived because AXA’s server was down. That delay made the process drag in a frustrating way; I was basically waiting and couldn’t complete the next step.

My experience skewed very different depending on what stage I was in. When the interview finally came, it was basic and quick—around 30 minutes—and it focused on core accounting ideas. They asked things like the three basic rules of accounting and simple explanations tied to the job title, which made it feel approachable rather than demanding.

But separately, my broader interactions around recruiting didn’t feel reliable. I dealt with HR that seemed laid back and not responsive when I tried to get updates about my application status. The lack of follow-through made the overall experience feel rough, even though the actual interview content was easy.
