After a recruiter-style first step with the recruitment manager, I had a single interview that felt pretty straightforward. The questions mostly tracked my resume—my background, what previous colleagues might say about me, and how I’d describe my work. I also got a more specific accounting prompt around IFRS 17.
Overall it came across as a low-friction first-level conversation and it didn’t feel like there was much “gotcha” energy. I left feeling like if my CV lined up cleanly with what they were looking for, I’d be in decent shape. I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the process itself felt manageable and clear.

Difficult Positive India
I went through a very technical multi-round process where almost every step dug into the details of my background. Across roughly five rounds, including HR, the questions stayed highly technical each time—built around my resume and my previous experience, including how I’d handled training and what I knew theoretically.
It was tough not because the interviewers were hostile, but because the volume and depth of technical questions didn’t let up. I remember feeling like I needed to keep momentum and stay sharp the whole way through.
