Avathon interviews are a mix of recruiter screens, behavioral focus, and multiple technical evaluations that emphasize both hands-on problem solving and how you communicate. Across reported steps, you will be evaluated for fit and collaboration via behavioral interviews and communication, and you will also face technical work that touches machine learning, system design, and analytics.
The technical topics show what they expect you to handle.
