My first round felt smooth, with the interviewer responsive and the conversation going well. Then the process shifted into something much more intense: I went into a second technical round where questions came very fast and it leaned on a problem-solving style format. One version of that round required me to create a function on the fly while answering nearly fifty questions.
That same technical-heavy phase also included case-style scenarios and live testing, and it felt like a full hour where I couldn’t really catch my breath. The overall difficulty was clearly higher than the first step.

Average Positive Paris
My path was described to me as fairly quick and smooth overall, lasting up to about three or four months at most. The process had four interviews total: an HR conversation, a technical interview with a manager, then a managerial discussion with the head of the practice, and finally a conversation with a colleague from the team.
I experienced the flow as organized, without huge friction between steps. Even though it was still multiple conversations, it felt like each stage moved me along the pipeline.
