I had some genuinely great discussions with very smart people, but the overall process wasn’t clear to me as a candidate. I never had a solid sense of how many rounds I’d need to complete or exactly who I would be meeting next. Because I couldn’t map the process, I also didn’t feel fully confident about the structure of the loop—like who I would report to or what the hiring path looked like.

Even with that uncertainty, the conversations themselves were energizing and thoughtful. I just remember feeling frustrated about the coordination and lack of clarity around the hiring process, and it created a lot of stress that didn’t match the quality of the interviewers. I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the unclear logistics were the main downside for me.
