I went through two phone interviews and then an on-site interview, and what surprised me was how disorganized it felt. The second interviewer didn’t seem aware of what the first interviewer had already covered, even though the questions ended up being quite similar.

As the rounds went on, it felt like the process I was told about at the start didn’t match what actually happened. Instead of building on prior context, the conversations repeated themselves, and it left me feeling like coordination was missing behind the scenes. That inconsistency definitely made the experience harder to take seriously.

Difficult Positive Vadodara

The hiring process felt heavily automated. There was a lot of waiting involved before I could even reach the interview stages, but once scheduling was set, I knew I’d have to pass through multiple rounds. The main takeaway was that it was structured like a big-company funnel, so there were several stages to prepare for rather than a single interview.
