Average Positive Kraków

My process started with a recruiter call where I got a pretty detailed walkthrough of the steps and even a PDF describing the flow. After that, I went into a technical round supported by three interviewers, and the pacing felt structured.

The first hour was a deep discussion of my past projects and my specific contributions. I was asked a lot about WebSockets and GraphQL even though they weren’t listed in the job requirements, which caught me off guard. The second hour split into three parts: a short system design segment where I explained how I would build a small web game, a live coding task where I implemented a simple React form with basic validation, and then a Q&A where I could ask about the project and the team.

Difficult Positive India

My interview experience felt positive from start to finish. I had three rounds of technical interviews, and each one focused on my skills, my previous projects, and how I approached problem-solving.

Even though it was challenging, the interviewers came across as supportive and the discussions felt insightful. I didn’t feel like I was just being evaluated on correctness; it felt more like a real conversation about my thinking.
