Difficult Neutral Bengaluru

I went through a three-round Autodesk process that felt tough in a very specific way: it wasn’t just about solving problems, but about hitting an expectation level consistently. The first round was general architecture questions, and I cleared that part. The second round was coding, and it went well enough to get at least around 80% of the questions answered, but the expectation was to answer everything.

The final round was HR. That portion didn’t drastically change my experience—the second round was really where the pressure lived, because I could feel the gap between what I produced and what the panel wanted overall.
