The technical parts were the main pressure point. The screen and the coding test asked me to demonstrate what I could do in practice rather than staying purely theoretical, and the questionnaire format made it feel like they wanted fast, concrete answers. After that, the final step was a more conversational interview with the end client side / final interview vibe, but it was still grounded in my past projects and the kind of impact I’d delivered.
