I started with a recruiter call, then moved into a sequence of conversations with people across the organization: a team member follow-up, a hiring manager conversation, and even a sales-team touchpoint. Those later calls focused heavily on how I handled different situations—what I’d do and how I’d think through scenarios.
The process also included a final panel-style presentation round where I was given a prompt and had access to the platform to work through it. Overall, the journey felt more like cross-functional evaluation than a pure engineering-only loop, and the format pushed me to communicate clearly in front of multiple stakeholders.

Average Positive Argentina
My process was about five steps long and felt pretty average for a tech job. There was a noticeable emphasis on cultural fit—lots of checks for “vibe”—alongside questions intended to understand my background and how I’d think in value selling and solutions-oriented work. Even though it wasn’t framed as purely technical, the structure still felt like a consistent set of screens meant to validate both experience and how I’d operate.
