Average Positive Singapore

From the beginning, I got timely updates throughout the process before any formal screening. When it was time for HR screening, the person doing it was a manager in HR, and they were very responsive to follow-ups.

The overall tone stayed professional, which made the whole stretch of waiting and scheduling feel less stressful than it could’ve been. The experience didn’t end with a clear offer for me, but the communication quality during the screening portion was genuinely a highlight.

Average Neutral United States

My experience started off like it was going to follow a clean, predictable path, but it didn’t. I expected a certain number of rounds after the recruiter screen, including the usual manager and peer conversations, then a panel. Instead, the process changed late: after a panel round, a values interview got added that I hadn’t planned for, and I didn’t feel prepared going in.

That last round was the moment that really threw off the flow for me. Communication didn’t give me the heads-up that something new would be inserted, and the process then ended with a generic rejection message. It felt dehumanizing—especially because the process had already demanded a lot of my time.
