I kicked things off with a Karat screening, and then I had two separate coding interviews that focused on data structures and algorithms. Each of those coding sessions ran for about an hour, and the overall vibe felt like they wanted solid problem-solving more than anything flashy.
After that, the plan was to move into system design and then a culture/values-style interview. I didn’t make it to those later stages, so I didn’t get that far into the loop.
