Difficult Neutral Sydney

I started with an initial online coding assessment, and that part felt pretty straightforward. After that, there was a coding interview where I was asked a general OOP/DSA question and had to code from scratch using a fresh environment. I also ended up in a final round that was behavioral in style.

Timing-wise, it took a while to get a decision. Even after the final round, it took them over 1.5 months to reject me, and that delay made the end of the process feel drawn out.
