Average Positive

My process started with a straightforward phone HR screening, and then I moved into two technical interviews focused on practical web and identity topics. Those sessions covered REST APIs and SQL, plus networking concepts and SSO/SAML. There was also front-end troubleshooting and a scenario-based question set.

The questions weren’t presented as unusually hard, and the tone felt like it was aiming at mid or junior level knowledge rather than deep research problems. I felt like I could engage with the material and keep up with the scenarios, and overall the technical portion felt fair.

Easy Negative Sacramento, CA

My recruiter-to-interview flow felt extremely wasteful and repetitive. It started with a recruiter step, then there were two technical interview rounds and then a values interview and a manager interview, with everything taking about an hour each. The entire experience dragged on across multiple days.

The difficulty was labeled easy by the way it was framed, but the frustration came from the time cost rather than the technical challenge itself. I didn’t get an offer, and I left feeling like the process was farming interviews in a way that didn’t feel respectful of my time.
