Depending on the round, I had to answer in English as well as locally, and at multiple points I was asked to introduce myself and explain what I knew about the company. The managers I met were direct but not hostile—most of the discussion centered on my attitude, my sales experience and process, and how I’d support customers with the right mindset.

Across the technical and commercial conversations, I covered things like customer handling, visits, and the segments or areas I’d worked with before. I also faced behavioral questions about how I’d deal with specific scenarios, plus the usual strengths and weaknesses and why I wanted the role. One round surprised me with the possibility of doing a presentation using a slide deck, and another included a mechanical aptitude test—those parts made the process feel more “real” than just conversational screening.
