My interview lineup had three rounds. The first was an HR round with basic behavioral questions. Then I moved into a technical round where the questions were mostly based on my resume and could vary depending on what I’d worked on. The third round was with a TDP manager and leaned more behavioral.

Overall it didn’t feel very difficult. The structure was clear enough, and because the technical topics tied back to my background, it felt like they were testing my actual experience rather than pulling me into unfamiliar areas.

I went in and it was primarily a group-style interview. Everyone was polite, and the conversation included them sharing what the role was really like day to day, along with what experience they expected and the kind of engineer mindset they wanted. They also gave room for people to describe their time at the company and what they were learning.

It felt relatively easy compared to a typical technical gauntlet—more about alignment and communication than deep problem-solving. I left feeling like I had represented myself clearly, but it didn’t turn into an offer for me.
