Easy Neutral Lille

Distilled from the reports

Interview Structure & Flow

The interview process generally follows a structured format, starting with a preliminary phone interview, followed by in-person meetings with various managers. Candidates reported a mix of administrative and evaluative steps, but the overall flow can feel disjointed due to inconsistent follow-ups.

Technical Evaluation

Some candidates experienced a technical assessment, which included coding tests or discussions about technical skills, but many felt these evaluations were not rigorous or in-depth enough to gauge their true capabilities. The focus often leaned more towards general qualifications than technical expertise.

Communication & Follow-Up

A common theme across reports is the lack of clear communication and follow-up after interviews, leading to feelings of frustration and uncertainty. Candidates often faced delays in feedback or complete ghosting after initial discussions, which negatively impacted their overall experience.
