I applied online and didn’t hear anything immediately, but then I was invited to an online test. After that, about a week later, I got an invite to an online interview. I then moved forward to a final face-to-face interview after being selected.
Overall it felt like a fairly straightforward funnel—application, test, online interview, then the in-person final. The timeline took roughly a week between key steps, and by the time I reached the last stage I felt the process had narrowed in on whether I could do the role.

Average Positive Germany
My process started with a recruiter call that lasted about an hour. It was mostly an introduction and a chance to line up expectations.
After that, I met the HR representative and then the manager directly on-site, and that part also took about an hour. The conversation stayed very good and easy to connect with, and the manager’s section felt more specifically technical. I left with a clear sense that they were listening, even though the meeting on-site itself felt like two distinct conversations stitched together.
