Average Negative United States

After a recruiter call where they pushed for immediate availability, I interviewed the same afternoon. The next step came later when I was told to be ready for a final round in June, and I held off expecting further updates.

What I ended up feeling was a long silence. Once the “final round” readiness message passed, I didn’t get meaningful updates afterward, and by late July it still felt unresolved. The uncertainty started to weigh on me because the experience didn’t provide closure—whether selected or not.

Difficult Negative Bengaluru

I went through a sequence that was heavy on technical depth and coding, and it stretched into multiple levels. The early part centered on C# and core software design ideas—SOLID principles and patterns—plus .NET Core and SQL. There was also a small coding challenge, and the tone stayed focused on correctness and understanding rather than quick surface answers.

After that, the later technical and managerial-focused conversations leaned even more into detailed discussion. I was asked to talk through my projects and architecture, and there was still coding involved—so it never truly felt like “just managerial” once I got there. We spent time on questions that tested both language fundamentals and problem-solving around strings and edge-case behavior.
