My process followed a multi-step structure with lots of conversations along the way: recruiter, then manager, then a panel with four team members, followed by reference checks and a leadership interview. Even though a skills test sometimes exists in the process, it wasn’t included in my round.

Recruiting made a strong first impression. The recruiter was warm, responsive, and very transparent throughout the process. The rest of the meetings also felt energetic and more like real conversations than high-pressure interrogation. I remember leaving excited to start, mainly because the interactions felt open and welcoming rather than designed to trip me up.
