After applying, I went straight into a technical interview that felt pretty fair and focused. It was a two-level setup: first with a project lead and then with additional team leads. The whole thing centered on Java, Swing, and database topics, and the questions stayed grounded in practical areas rather than anything overly abstract.
I walked out feeling like I understood what was being evaluated and that the flow matched the role. Even though it was a real technical conversation, it didn’t feel adversarial. Overall, it was an enjoyable process—challenging enough to be interesting, but still within an “average” level for me.

Average Positive Morristown, NJ
My experience matched a clearly communicated, collaborative process. I was guided through interviews in a way that made it feel like they wanted problem-solving, technical ability, and cultural fit to come through naturally rather than through surprise traps.
Across the stages, the tone stayed supportive and the communication felt straightforward. Each step was structured around assessing strengths, and the evaluation didn’t feel arbitrary. I appreciated that there was a sense of fairness in how questions were handled and how I was kept aware of what was happening next.
