I had a technical interview that leaned heavily toward frontend work, even though it was framed generally as a software engineering screen. The questions were medium-level and centered on React and Angular knowledge, with a clear preference for someone who could do React-based development. Javascript, TypeScript, and Node.js came up as plus areas.
The way it was asked was pretty straightforward—more like a technical conversation based on what I’d experience-wise done rather than trying to trick me. It felt like a learning-oriented interaction where I could explain my thinking. Overall, it landed in the average difficulty range, and it was friendly enough that the evaluation felt approachable, even though I didn’t progress to an offer.

Easy Positive Cambridge, England
I went through the process and the most memorable part was the overall experience. The interviewers were friendly and patient, and I really felt the company’s inclusive culture during the conversations. Even though I didn’t receive an offer, the atmosphere was the kind where it was easier to stay calm and think.
The rounds weren’t described to me as aggressive or unnecessarily stressful, and the communication felt respectful from start to finish. The result still wasn’t what I wanted, but the way the process ran left me confident it would be useful for future interviews.
