I had a process that felt comparatively smooth and fair, with multiple rounds that lined up with what the role actually required. After the recruiter touchpoint, I met the hiring team in a sequence that included a talent-focused conversation, then the hiring manager, and finally a tech team round. Each interviewer was technical and the questions felt realistic.
Across the coding portions, the setup put emphasis on working code rather than vague pseudo-solutions. The interviewer was genuinely looking for an executable solution, and the whole thing felt structured—like they were trying to see whether I could deliver the kind of work the team needed.

I got pulled into a very technical process that leaned heavily on core networking and a hands-on way of thinking. After initial steps, the interviews went deep into details—things that stretched from fundamentals like TCP/IP and routing structure all the way to tougher topics such as BGP. There weren’t many “behavior” style questions; it was mostly question-after-question, with a lot of specificity.
At one stage, the flow included presentations and whiteboarding of concepts, and the interview itself stayed technical throughout. I remember it feeling like the interviewer wanted me to be precise and stay engaged through the whole thread. Even when the questions started more manageable, the session escalated into a mix of easy-to-hard thinking, and it took over an hour just for the first part.
