I got pulled into what looked like a complete process at first, and then it abruptly fell apart in communication. I spent time moving through a mix of online meetings and automated security plus programming tests, and I actually passed everything successfully. After that, I received an automated message that basically said sorry without any explanation, and when I tried to request feedback by email, it wasn’t provided.

In another pass through similar steps, my journey included a recruiter/operational round and a more manager-style round where I was asked about how I’d worked in my current role and detailed questions about the projects I’d been involved with. The technical round followed with a portion that was more basic questions and a portion that leaned into DSA and practical problems, but I didn’t get much clarity on what to expect going into it.
