You will typically start with an Aquent Talent recruiter screening, then move into a client specific loop. The distinguishing part is that Aquent submits your profile to the client once you are approved, and the client runs their own behavioral and technical interviews afterward.
What the interviews test shows up strongly in the topic data. Across roles, you should expect strong emphasis on Python, Java, and SQL, plus data skills like data preparation and cleaning and feature engineering. You should also be ready for project management topics, stakeholder management, team leadership, and modern AI topics like LLMs, prompt engineering, and AML transaction monitoring.
