My recruiter conversation was followed by a manager interview about an hour long. The whole experience was quicker to conclude than I expected because there was a mismatch between what they were seeking and what I was presenting. We ended up agreeing to finish early instead of stretching it out.
The manager conversation made it clear that for the senior level they wanted more than just individual contribution—they expected team leadership, mentoring, and the kind of standardization work around processes. Because I didn’t line up with that expectation strongly enough, the process didn’t progress.

Average Positive Bangalore Rural
I went through a fairly straightforward set of online rounds. There was coding and aptitude early on, and after that I had technical interviews that dug into core CS fundamentals along with networking-related questions. The HR part leaned into company and role context rather than repeating purely technical topics.
What surprised me was how much of the technical evaluation felt tied to the basics—core concepts plus networking details—rather than trying to jump immediately into extremely specialized problems. The HR and logistics side was responsive, and the communication felt transparent through mail and calls.
