I went through a fairly structured, multi-round flow that began with an online assessment and then continued with several interview rounds. In my case it was through an on-campus placement track, and the process ended up being a sequence of about five rounds before things were finalized. The early stage was an online assessment, and then the remaining rounds included a group discussion, followed by technical interviews, then managerial, and finally an HR round.

The coding rounds were very much centered on straightforward problem types—mostly asking for basic coding solutions—and the questions were generally easy to medium. I remember doing two coding problems across the technical interviews, and both felt manageable with a bit of practice, especially around the core idea of searching and sorting style thinking. The technical conversations also included algorithmic problem solving that aligned with common DSA expectations.

My experience started with the expectation that there would be a clear next step, but the process ended up stalling. I was told I would be called after one stage, but I never heard back. It felt like a lot of time passed without any updated timeline, and I saw other people get left uninformed as well. When I tried reaching out for clarity, I didn’t receive any meaningful response afterward.

Separately, I also went through a set of rounds where the questions landed in a difficult lane: aptitude combined with multiple programming rounds, followed by a technical HR and then a final HR discussion. That flow was challenging enough that it felt like the company was testing both my depth and my ability to handle the harder programming questions without folding. I did complete the interview journey there and the experience still taught me a lot from the way the questions were framed.
