My experience kicked off with a CCAT stage before I ever reached a technical screen. The HR contact was friendly and gave me a detailed overview in advance, but the tone of the materials and how the test was framed left a bad taste—almost like it was treated as a chore more than a meaningful assessment.

I went through practice materials, but they still didn’t feel like a true preview of what mattered. The test preparation got very specific only through paid resources, and even then I felt like I was studying memorization-style questions instead of anything that matched how I normally think about engineering work.
