Average Positive New York, NY

I went through a pretty polished, professional recruiting flow that started with recruiter contact and moved quickly into technical rounds. After the early HR touchpoint, I had zoom-based coding and then zoom-based interviews focused on architecture and design. There were also later conversations with HR and, finally, a VP R&D interview—so by the end I had spoken with a full set of people across functions.

What stood out to me was how consistently everyone explained what they wanted from the role and treated the conversations like a real two-way discussion rather than a rapid checklist. Even when the process moved fast, it still felt fair: people were responsive, and I wasn’t left guessing what was coming next.
