My interview journey felt unusually smooth and transparent from the start. The recruiting team was upfront about what to expect, and everyone I met seemed genuinely prepared, with a clear passion for the company and the role ahead. HR was also professional and helpful, and the overall structure gave me the impression they were deliberate and selective.
The conversations were mostly real discussions rather than vague back-and-forth, and interviewers spent time answering questions I had about the opportunity. The experience still had a couple bumps: I remember getting a final presentation case very close to when it was due, which made the timing stressful, and there was also some friction on the HR side.

I went through a fairly thorough but enjoyable process for the account executive role. After the recruiter stage, I met multiple people across the org—four interviews total with different interviewers, plus a business case. The conversations stayed grounded in what I’d done before, how I approached sales, and how I would contribute, with some cultural fit questions mixed in.
The business case and sales-style work were the biggest focus areas. I remember having to create a presentation as part of it, and then also doing a mock sales call, where I had to walk through how I’d handle a prospect conversation. Overall the process felt structured and straightforward; the interviewers came prepared, and the flow made it easier to follow what they were evaluating.
