I ended up going through a full stack of rounds—five total—which made the process feel substantial from start to finish. I started with a problem-solving and coding round, then moved into a domain-focused conversation covering 3G/4G network architecture and related concepts. After that, there was another problem-solving round that leaned toward puzzles.
Then the interview shifted toward how I work beyond just coding. I had a manager-level discussion focused on SDLC, release management, and how I’d handle bug tracking and process. After that came a director-level conversation that was more career oriented, less grilling and more of a discussion.

Average Positive Mysore
My process was shorter and split into two rounds. The first was technical and mainly tested my foundation: I got questioned in depth on DSA and computer networks. The second round was managerial, but it still stayed anchored to system design and networking concepts. I had to connect how networks work at a systems level while also talking through my thinking the way a manager would want—less about isolated facts and more about structure.
The difficulty felt moderate overall. Even though it wasn’t the kind of interview where I could rely on memorized snippets, the network emphasis was clear and the system-design angle meant I couldn’t stay at the algorithm-only level. I left with a good sense of what I’d done right and what would’ve needed stronger clarity, but I didn’t get an offer. My honest reflection was that I underestimated how much the networking/system framing mattered in the second round compared to pure DSA.
