What really stood out was the workload that followed: I was given a take-home design challenge that I completed over about a week, and then I had to submit my materials—slides and CAD files. After that, the schedule ramped up into a full day of back-to-back interviews with the team, plus time to review the design challenge. End to end, it took at least a month, and the pacing meant a lot of waiting between stages.
