After an initial recruiter call, the process moved into a sequence of interviews that were pretty smooth and easy to follow. In my case, I had a first recruiter conversation, then a follow-up call with an RVP for about half an hour, and after that I did a hiring-manager virtual interview.
The final step was an on-site round, and it included a demo on a technical topic that I got to choose. The process was designed to be understandable and organized—when scheduling took a little time due to logistics, the next steps still stayed clear and the handoffs were orderly. Interviewers were approachable, and the overall tone didn’t feel adversarial.

Recruiting set expectations early and the process felt well organized once everything was scheduled. There was some back-and-forth just because of availability and summer timing, so I had to wait a bit to line up the right interview slots. Still, after scheduling, the next steps came through in a timely, clear way, and I always knew what the next conversation would be.
Across my rounds, the overall structure was straightforward and aligned with what recruiter prompts outlined, and I didn’t run into any complicated interview formats like heavy casework. The interviews themselves were manageable, and people stayed professional and responsive.
