Recruiter first reached out and the process felt smooth and efficient from the start. A short screen covered my resume and projects, and after that I moved into technical. The technical portion was mostly there to probe how comfortable I was with code and data work rather than trying to go “deep in the weeds.” I did a programming/DSA-style problem and had to produce an optimal solution, but the overall vibe stayed friendly and calm.
After that, the later loop involved an architect interview followed by three interviews done on site. Across those sessions, some questions were more technical (including code/SQL and database modeling themes), while the behavioral round was much more conversational. The behavioral discussion let me highlight the accomplishments I actually wanted to talk about, and only a handful of questions really needed a structured STAR-style walkthrough. Interviewers were personable and seemed genuinely engaged, which made it easier to explain my thinking.

Average Positive India
My process started with a recruiter conversation to align on the role and what the company was looking for. After that, the next stage was an online assessment that included two programming questions plus basic computer science fundamentals. It didn’t feel like a gotcha setup—it was more about seeing how I think under constraints and whether the fundamentals were solid.
Then I went into two technical interview rounds. The first round was coding-focused, and the second was scenario-based, so instead of only writing code, I had to reason through a situation and talk through how I’d approach it. The final stage was an HR interview centered on cultural fit and overall suitability for the consultant role.
