Average Positive Hong Kong

My process started with a recruiter call where they just confirmed I was available for the first round. That first stage was a group interview with two parts, and it moved into a superday where I met several interviewers—three people was the typical setup I experienced. The whole thing felt organized and structured, not chaotic, and once I sat down, it was pretty clear what they expected from me.

In the group setting, the assessment included a case analysis component paired with a presentation. I remember having to work through an Asian markets angle as part of the case, then later being asked by a future manager about markets more broadly—covering technicals and behavioral fit. Another portion of the superday also pushed into role-relevant technical depth, including commercial awareness and quantitative judgment, and both sessions were kept tight at around 30 minutes.
