Easy Negative New Delhi

My interview experience turned sour fast. The interviewer came across as arrogant and didn’t really listen to my answers, making dismissive affirmations instead of engaging with what I was saying. The tone was condescending, and it ended up feeling like a mismatch where the conversation wasn’t about assessing my skills.

At one point, the interview shifted into technical topics like partitioning and sharding, but the interviewer’s understanding of those concepts seemed mixed up. When I tried to correct the confusion and even shared definitions, the interaction stayed argumentative, and it didn’t feel like there was any genuine feedback loop—just a certainty from their side.

Difficult Positive Lagos

I came in through an online coding challenge and then continued into interviews that felt genuinely focused on development. The process spanned multiple stages over weeks, and each stage had a specific purpose rather than being a random mix of questions. I also liked that I could pick my preferred stack area for the tech work, which made the experience feel tailored.

After the coding-focused step, the technical interview phase reflected the technology stack being used, and I talked with a senior engineer. The difficulty felt average overall, but the technical conversation covered a broad range of development topics and moved at a conversational pace rather than staying rigid.
